MGPS Students Visit the 13th Bhopal Science Fair ‘Darshan’

The students of Class VIII of Mithi Gobindram Public School, Sant Hirdaram Nagar visited the 13th Bhopal Science Fair ‘Darshan’ on 26 September 2026 as part of an educational and experiential learning visit. The Science Fair was organised from 22 to 26 September 2026 at the Gyan-Vigyan Bhawan and Helipad Ground, Barkatullah University Campus, Bhopal.

The visit aimed to familiarise students with the latest developments in science and technology, innovative ideas and scientific applications while fostering curiosity, logical thinking, problem-solving skills and a scientific temper.

During the visit, students enthusiastically explored a wide range of scientific models, experiments, technological innovations and exhibits related to science and knowledge. The experience provided them with an opportunity to connect their classroom learning with real-life applications. Guided by their teachers, the students actively observed the exhibits, participated in learning activities and sought answers to their scientific queries.

Secretary, SHKES, Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani Ji expressed that science fairs play an important role in strengthening students’ curiosity about science and developing a scientific outlook.

Principal, MGPS, Mrs. Rekha Kewlani said, “Educational visits such as these enable students to go beyond textbook learning, experience science and understand its practical applications. A scientific outlook is the foundation of innovation.”

Vice Principal, Mrs. Divya Kriplani said, “Science fairs give a new direction to students’ curiosity. Through direct observation and hands-on experiences, students learn meaningfully and are inspired towards future innovations.”

The students were also encouraged to maintain discipline, cleanliness, group responsibility and environment-friendly practices throughout the visit.

The educational visit proved to be an enriching and inspiring experience, providing students with valuable exposure to science, innovation and practical learning while nurturing their scientific curiosity and spirit of inquiry.
