An inspirational and highly informative session on the topic “Career in Marketing” was conducted on Saturday, 26th July 2025, in the auditorium of Navnidh Hasomal Lakhani Public School for the enthusiastic students of Class IX from both Mithi Gobindram Public School and Navnidh Hasomal Lakhani Public School.
The aim of the session was to expose students to the vast and dynamic world of marketing and to help them understand the array of career opportunities it offers in today’s fast-paced professional environment.
The session began with a warm welcome address by Mr. Devendra Sharma, TGT Coordinator, who encouraged students to stay curious and thoughtful while choosing their career paths.
The spotlight of the day was the keynote address by Mr. Hannan Vohra, Founder of Edkare, an organization committed to guiding students in discovering meaningful career options. Mr. Vohra captivated the audience with an engaging and practical talk that revealed how marketing is not just about selling products — it’s about connecting with people and building lasting impressions.
He highlighted marketing’s role in brand building, driving business growth, and enhancing consumer awareness, while emphasizing the essential skills required in this field — creativity, communication, analytical ability, and collaboration.
Through a thoughtfully prepared PowerPoint presentation, Mr. Vohra walked students through the fundamentals of marketing, campaign planning, real-life roles, and various career paths in this sector — from startups to global corporations. A live case study brought the concept to life and prompted great interaction from the audience.
An engaging Q&A round followed where students posed intelligent questions, all of which Mr. Vohra addressed with enthusiasm and clarity.
The session was graced by Ms. Amrita Motwani, Principal of Navnidh Hasomal Lakhani Public School, and Mr. Ajay Bahadur Singh, Principal of Mithi Gobindram Public School, whose presence greatly encouraged the students.
The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Anju Gogia, who extended deep gratitude to Mr. Hannan Vohra for his inspiring words and sincere efforts towards student development.
