Insightful Leadership Session – “Thoda Hai, Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai” Mithi Gobindram Public School, Bhopal

Mithi Gobindram Public School, Bhopal organised an engaging and insightful session titled “Thoda Hai, Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai”.

* It was our privilege to have Mr. Rajeev Mishra, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Mystique7, with over 35 years of national and international experience in marketing, branding, advertising and business development. He is also a renowned motivational speaker, guest lecturer, writer, poet and talk-show host.

The programme commenced with a warm and gracious welcome to Esteemed Secretary Sir and Respected Principals of both the schools – MGPS and NHLPS and Vice Principal, MGPS followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge, wisdom and enlightenment. The dignitaries were then accorded a floral welcome as a gesture of respect and gratitude.

Mr. Rajeev Mishra Sir engaged the participants through interactive discussions, inspiring stories and practical examples focusing on 20 important pointers of leadership, personal growth, communication and teamwork. To make the session more impactful, a plethora of impeccable and thought-provoking videos based on leadership and communication were played which deeply inspired all participants.

A key takeaway was the powerful thought, “Leadership is an action, not a position.”

Teachers’ Open House: New Ideas for New Age Schooling

As an integral part of the session, a Teachers’ Open House was conducted to foster collaborative learning and professional reflection. The discussion focused on 5 key areas of improvement:

1. Care & Common Sense to Solve Student Issues
2. Punctuality & Discipline
3. Accountability for Assigned Responsibilities
4. Continuous Learning
5. Support Beyond the Job Profile

Teachers were encouraged to lead by example through discipline, punctuality, accountability and ownership of responsibilities, reinforcing that meaningful transformation among students begins with committed educators.

The session concluded with the Best Suggestion Awards, where the top 3 teams were felicitated for their innovative and practical ideas:

- First Position – Miss Priya and her team – Cash Prize Rs. 5000/-
- Second Position – Mrs. Lata Manwani and her team – Cash Prize Rs. 3000/-
- Third Position – Mr. Devendra Sharma and his team – Cash Prize Rs. 2000/-

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of
